Position Qualifications:
- Open availability: Monday-Friday from 9:00am-6:30pm.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or in process of obtaining one in Psychology or related field.
- Have a minimum of one year of experience working with children with autism and related disorders.
- Must speak fluent English, as all of our sessions are conducted in English.
- Hold the RBT credential, be in the process of obtaining it, or willing to complete it within the first month of hire (You can find more information on the BACB’s website: www.bacb.com/rbt/
Job Duties and Description:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism and related disorders at our center, client’s house or school setting.
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs under the supervision of a BCBA. (Supervision will be provided to those seeking certification in Behavior Analysis- BCaBA / BCBA).
- Collect data on a daily basis for both skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.
- Attend company trainings and meetings.
