Caregiver Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, CNA, or Home Health Aide, you'll provide personalized in-home support that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
Responsibilities include:
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Companion care and meaningful conversation
- Meal planning and preparation
- Medication reminders
- Mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable)
- Safety supervision and fall prevention
- Building meaningful relationships with clients and families
- Accurate documentation and communication with the office team
You may provide care for seniors living with:
- Alzheimer's Disease
- Dementia
- Parkinson's Disease
- Stroke Recovery
- Chronic Health Conditions
- Mobility Limitations
Qualifications
We're looking for caring individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CNA Certification OR
- Minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving experience
- CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
