What You'll Be Doing
You'll work on a wide variety of projects, including:
- Technical tree removals
- Precision pruning and structural pruning
- Advanced rigging operations
- Crane-assisted tree removals
- Hazard tree mitigation
- Steel and synthetic Cable systems
- Working as part of a professional crew that takes pride in doing the job right

What We're Looking ForRequired
- Professional tree climbing experience.
- Strong rigging and removal skills.
- Safe chainsaw operation.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high safety standards.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred
- ISA Certified Arborist certification.
- Experience with crane-assisted removals.
- Experience operating modern climbing systems and equipment.

Compensation
We believe skilled professionals deserve to be paid accordingly.
Compensation is based on demonstrated climbing ability, experience, certifications, productivity, leadership, and commitment to safe, professional work.
