Automotive BDC Manager – High Volume Dealership
We are a large, high-volume automotive dealership group and the #1 dealer in our market for our brand, continuing to grow and expand.
With strong new and used vehicle sales, a large and active customer database, and a steady flow of inbound opportunities, we are looking for a mature, motivated BDC Manager to lead our team and take our internet sales department to the next level.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can both manage and produce—someone who leads by example, drives performance, and knows how to convert opportunities into results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a high-performing BDC team
- Drive appointment setting, show rates, and conversion to sales
- Work and structure deals online, including desking opportunities through CRM
- Monitor lead response times, follow-up processes, and CRM activity
- Coach, train, and develop BDC representatives to maximize performance
- Ensure proper use of Eleads CRM for all customer interactions
- Collaborate closely with Sales Management to align on goals and execution
- Maintain accountability across the team with strong processes and reporting

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in automotive BDC or internet sales management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold a team accountable
- Experience with Eleads CRM preferred
- Ability to desk deals and work opportunities online
- Process-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- A mature, professional mindset with a strong work ethic
