Job Responsibilities
1. Customer Development & Market Expansion
* Identify and develop new customers to expand market reach.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships and databases.
* Increase customer retention, repeat business, and overall market coverage.
2. Sales Performance
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by the company.
* Present products, prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and manage orders through completion.
* Drive revenue growth by closing sales opportunities and delivering excellent customer service.
3. Accounts Receivable Collection
* Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
* Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.
4. Market Research
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
* Provide feedback on market conditions and customer needs to support product and sales strategy improvements.
5. Data Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, orders, and customer information.
* Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* At least 1 year of sales experience; experience in restaurant supply, food distribution, FMCG, or related industries is preferred.
* Strong business development and customer acquisition skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under performance-based targets and frequent client visits.
* Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and execution.
* Legally authorized to work in the United States.
* Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
