We are a growing steel fabrication and installation firm handling a diverse range of commercial and residential projects. We’ve got the work, but we need a leader—someone who knows the difference between "good enough" and "done right." We are looking for a Working Foreman who can lead from the front, maintain our standards, and hold the line on quality and accountability.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Shop & Field: Oversee fabrication and installation for both high-end residential and heavy-duty commercial projects.
- Set the Standard: Take ownership of project accuracy. You’ll be the final eyes on a job to ensure "zero-defect" delivery.
- Manage the Crew: Mentor our current team, correct mistakes in real-time, and instill a culture where everyone is responsible for their own work.
- Hands-on Fabrication: This isn't a "clipboard job." You’ll be welding, fitting, and installing alongside the team when needed.

- Vast Knowledge: Deep experience in structural steel and architectural metalwork.
- The "Foreman Mindset": You don't walk past a mistake. You have the backbone to hold staff accountable and the communication skills to teach them how to improve.
- Problem-Solving: You can read blueprints like a second language and anticipate field issues before they become expensive errors.
