Jersey Mike’s Subs is excited to announce the opening of our newest location in Springfield, Ohio, and we’re looking for energetic, friendly, and hardworking Crew Members to join our opening team!
As a Crew Member, you’ll be an important part of delivering the fresh, high-quality experience our customers know and love.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide excellent service
- Prepare sandwiches made fresh to order with speed and accuracy
- Slice meats and cheeses using our slicers(18+ only) (training provided)
- Prepare fresh hot subs on our grill
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
- Restock supplies and assist with food prep as needed
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented individuals
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay productive during busy shifts
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends preferred
- No experience necessary — we provide training!
