Our paralegals work one-to-one with their assigned attorney, so you get a real opportunity to become your attorney's right hand.
What We Are Looking For:

3+ years of plaintiff litigation experience; employment litigation experience a plus

Comfortable owning a task from start to finish without a lot of hand-holding

Sharp legal research instincts and fluency across eDiscovery platforms

A communicator who can hold their own with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses

Willing to work overtime and travel as needed (this is rare)
What You'll Do

Assist with pleadings, discovery, document review, and trial preparation

Manage case files and eDiscovery, including document review and production

Prepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews

Conduct legal and factual research

Communicate directly with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel

Maintain accurate timekeeping and support other case-related tasks as needed
