If you are seeking a rewarding pediatric therapy profession with people who love what they do and are committed to providing the highest quality of therapy, FOCUS is for you!
Children thrive when they feel comfortable, special, safe and loved. A positive work environment is absolutely necessary for children to succeed and reach their highest potential. FOCUS therapists are highly effective, well loved by their patients, and get along really well with one another. We keep a healthy, positive work environment by ensuring all staff have the support they need from their peers and leaders. The "FOCUS family" are team players who are upbeat and on-board with a multi-disciplinary approach to pediatric therapy. A child’s development is contingent on the progression of interconnected systems and skills. Many of our patients receive multiple therapy services. Not only is it convenient to have it all in one place, but a multi-disciplined approach benefits therapists because they are able to work closely and even collaborate with experts in other complementary disciplines.
