You delevop leads for a product everyone needs Auto & Home insurance. Your position starts with just developing leads and our tarhet neighborhoods. While you work to become a licensed sales professional; in a career with uncapped earning potential. If you have experience in solar canvassing, door-to-door sales, appointment setting, roofing, pest control, alarms, or home improvement sales, this could be a strong career move.
We are looking for a friendly, motivated person to help us connect with local homeowners and generate insurance review appointments.

Earning Potential
Base pay starts at $18/hour, plus bonuses for leads, appointments, dec pages, and closed policies.
A strong SDR working about 25 hours per week could earn approximately:
$800+ per week / $3,500+ per month higher income based on performance
based on strong lead production and policies closed by a licensed producer.
Schedule
Part-time to start
Monday–Friday: 3 PM – 8 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 2 PM
What You’ll Do
Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods
Talk with homeowners
Leave flyers when nobody answers
Fill out simple lead sheets
Set phone or in-person appointments
Collect insurance dec pages when possible
Enter lead notes into LeadScout / agency system
Connect prospects with David or a licensed producer
This is an unlicensed marketing role to start. You will not quote, explain coverage, recommend coverage, or bind insurance unless you become licensed.
Pay
$18/hour base pay
$2 to$5 per completed lead sheet
$3 per kept phone appointment
$5 per kept in-person appointment
$7 per dec page submitted with notes
$1 per lead entered into the data-entry portal
$20 per policy closed from a completed lead
$5 per policy closed from a flyer-only lead
Weekly bonuses are available when policies close from your leads.
