Are you a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist (independently licensed LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD or Provisionally Licensed LPCC, CSW/LSW, MFTC) looking to join a dynamic and supportive team in the Denver Metro Area? Calm Clarity Therapy is actively hiring for a full-time hybrid role where you'll have the opportunity to provide individual therapy for children and/or adults and family/couples sessions (if that aligns with your interests and experience). You'll engage in meaningful work, including regular documentation and collaborative treatment planning, to help clients address challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, and ADHD. Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Progress Notes and Treatment Planning and providing Mental Health therapy. Upholding insurance documentation and assuring notes from sessions are completed within 24-48 hours of a session.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Relevant licensure or certification as a mental health therapist in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain).
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Independent License (LCSW, LPC, PsyD, LMFT) or Provisional License (LPCC, CSW/LSW, MFTC)
- Spanish fluency and ability to conduct psychotherapy in Spanish.
Duties
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards.
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, Dialectal Behavioral therapy, and EMDR therapy.
- Implement specialized interventions for clients with PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, addiction issues, grief, chronic pain, etc.
- Manage crisis situations through effective crisis management and crisis intervention techniques to ensure client safety.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain detailed medical records using appropriate medical terminology.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care and coordinate with case management teams to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Facilitate intake assessments and ongoing treatment planning tailored to individual needs.
- Engage in clinical research projects or data collection efforts aimed at advancing mental health practices.
- Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver remote therapy sessions when appropriate.
- Stay current on mental health best practices, ICD coding updates, CPT coding procedures, and relevant legal regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience in psychotherapy, including training in motivational interviewing, crisis management, and working with diverse populations such as children, families, adults and/or geriatrics.
- Experience working in outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, or hospital settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical documentation standards, medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding, and electronic health records systems.
- Knowledge of social work and counseling principles, crisis management strategies, and behavioral health best practices.

Compensation & Benefits for Full Time Employees (25+ sessions per week):
- Opportunities to supervise provisionally licensed clinicians with monthly additional pay for each supervised clinician if independently licensed (LCSW, LPC-S)
