Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Research Analyst. The Research Analyst will assist in planning and conducting research projects involving designs, field studies and surveys.
The positions will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and are initially funded through 12/31/26, with the good chance of extension.
Pay Rate: $34.89/hr working 40 hours a week

Desirable Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access, as well as data systems such as REDCap, Power BI, SAS, or other analytic and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, conducting, and evaluating epidemiologic and program evaluation studies.
- Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including data collection, coding, and interpretation.
- Experience developing, managing, and maintaining complex program databases, including data entry, cleaning, and quality assurance processes.
- Expertise in data analysis, validation, and evaluation, with the ability to generate reliable and actionable insights.
- Experience developing data dashboards or visualization tools to support reporting and decision-making for program and leadership staff.
- Proven ability to communicate findings through reports, presentations, and manuscripts, including contributions to peer-reviewed publications.
Skills/Experience:
A master's degree in a field of the behavioral or social sciences and one year's post master's research experience -or-
A bachelor's degree in a field of the behavioral or social sciences and any combination of relevant education and/or experience totaling three years; and
A valid Class C California Drivers License, proof of vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to a variety of sites throughout Los Angeles County.
