Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, from initial contact to closing.

Prospect and generate new leads, building and nurturing a strong client pipeline.

Conduct property showings and open houses.

Prepare and present competitive market analyses (CMAs).

Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.

Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and real estate regulations in the East Bay.

Collaborate effectively with team members, lenders, inspectors, and other industry professionals.

Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Valid California Real Estate License.

Proven track record of success in real estate (preferred, but motivated new agents encouraged to apply).

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Proficiency with real estate technology and CRM systems.

Deep knowledge of the East Bay real estate market (a plus).
