Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and creative nail art.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, tools, and equipment.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend the best services.
- Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in nail care.
- Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance between visits.
- Ensure all procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and communication.
Qualifications
- Valid Nail Technician license as required by state regulations.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in nail care techniques; experience in body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus.
- Familiarity with color theory and retail sales is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in barbering, hair extensions, or dermabrasion treatments is a bonus.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth in the beauty industry.
