- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic chopping or assembling ingredients under supervision.
- Support catering and banquet setups by providing clean dishware and assisting with clearing tables during events.
- Handle food handling procedures safely and adhere to sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items to support food service operations.
- Follow proper waste disposal procedures and maintain an organized work area to promote cleanliness and safety.
Skills
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with bussing tables, food preparation, and basic cooking techniques.
- Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in hospitality settings.
