Responsibilities
- Fleet Trailer Coordinator
- Track and monitor fleet trailer locations at all times
- Maintain accurate trailer inventory and status records
- Coordinate trailer movements, maintenance, and repairs
- Ensure trailers are assigned efficiently and available when needed
- Strong organizational skills and trucking experience required
Experience
- Proven experience in fleet management or transportation planning within a logistics
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills for effective phone etiquette, internal communication, and customer service interactions.
- Knowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and vehicle dispatching procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Pay: $51,479.62 - $61,996.96 per year
