This isn't your average retail job. Our guests come from all over the world, and your job is to make every person who walks through our doors feel genuinely welcomed while helping them discover everything our business has to offer.
What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with a smile and make them feel at home.
- Ensure every guest knows we have a full coffee shop and a full cocktail & wine bar inside the building. Every guest. Every time.
- Build relationships with guests and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Confidently sell high-end jewelry, local artwork, apparel, gifts, home décor, gourmet food products, and other specialty merchandise.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing.
- Restock merchandise and maintain displays throughout the day.
- Learn product knowledge so you can confidently answer questions and make recommendations.
- Help create a fun, positive atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
- Work alongside the rest of our team to deliver an outstanding guest experience throughout the entire building.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous retail sales experience.
- Loves talking with people and providing exceptional customer service.
- Is comfortable selling premium and luxury products.
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Takes pride in keeping a beautiful, organized sales floor.
- Is dependable, self-motivated, and works well both independently and with a team.
- Can multitask while maintaining a welcoming and professional attitude.
Availability Requirements
This is a seasonal position.
Applicants must be available Wednesday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays during our busy season.
