We are currently hiring for a Field Service Engineer:
This position will be responsible for servicing and maintaining commercial water management systems.
Responsibilities:
Conduct field service and routine testing at multiple sites
Compose service reports and manage communication with the customer
Communicate customer concerns and needs to managementBuild solid, long last relationships with the customers whom you help
Communicate in a positive manner with customers and maintain positive public relations for the company
Interface with customers to provide quality service and feedback on problem evaluation and resolution, which includes complex product and service training to customers
Manage and own individual continuous training needs
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Associates, Trade School with relevant work experience
- Ability to travel within a geographic territory
- Ability to travel overnight for business as needed
- MUST have strong mechanical aptitude
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience preferred
- Water treatment experience with respect to boilers, cooling towers, steam generation, and/or wastewater systems
- High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems)
- High degree of autonomy and self-motivation
- Prior experience that required excellent communication skills
- Prior experience that required excellent organizational skills
- Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multitask
