Experience with residential equipment is required. Must be honest, dependable and able to work alone with minimum supervision, and with others. Problem solving, and troubleshooting are a must. Participate in an on-call rotation. Some installation experience preferred. Must have completed a recognized training program. Must have a Massachusetts Oil Burners License. A plus if you have an HVAC recovery license.
