Must also be knowledgeable of building systems such as fire alarms and suppression systems.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Work with hand tools and power tools to perform various maintenance duties.Duties may include lawn maintenance if needed.Move and assemble furniture.Working nights and weekends may be required due to workloads.Must be able to work with other employees and maintain a positive work attitude.This is an essential position, and an employee will be required to work during and after hurricanes and other disasters if needed.
