QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to perform each essential duty daily .
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Ability to operate and maintain blasting equipment.
· Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in confined or dusty environments.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous experience in sandblasting or industrial surface preparation, especially with structural steel.
· Knowledge of industry standards such as SSPC surface preparation specifications.

· Frequent use of hands in handling materials and tools.
· Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs. regularly.
· Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, twist, and reach for extended periods.
· Physically fit to work in an industrial environment and tolerate exposure to varying physical conditions.
· Must be able to work extended hours when necessary.
- Industrial warehouse and manufacturing environment with heavy machinery, and overhead cranes.
- Use of PPE such as gloves, eye protection, hearing protection, and steel-toed footwear is required.
- Interaction with team members, leads, and supervisors is frequent and necessary.
Requires use of protective gear including respirators, blast suits, and safety goggles.
