THIS IS A HIGH-ENERGY POSITION
Our office is exciting, busy, and fast-paced. You may interact with 100–200 people per day, so you must genuinely enjoy being around people.
You will be the captain of the front office and help set the tone for every patient's experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and engaging with patients
- Answering phones
- Directing patient flow
- Scheduling appointments
- Collecting over-the-counter payments
- Maintaining an organized front office
- Helping keep the office running efficiently
- Creating an exceptional experience for every person who walks through our doors
You must be comfortable multitasking, making decisions, solving problems, and taking initiative without constantly being told what to do.
PATIENT CARE RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to your front-office responsibilities, we will train you to assist with patient care, including:
- Static EMG scans
- Thermal scans
- Heart rate variability scans
- Spinal X-rays
- Other patient-care procedures and office systems
You must be willing to learn new skills and step into other roles whenever the team needs you.
There is no attitude of "That's not my job" on our team.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
In addition to your hourly compensation and bonuses, Full Potential Chiropractic provides a health insurance stipend equal to 50% of your individual health insurance expense, up to $150 per month as well as complementary. Chiropractic Care for your immediate family and a gym membership.
