We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to oversee operations at one of locations within our growing company. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational and communication skills who can manage teams, drive performance, and ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations
Lead, train, and support management teams
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Ensure company policies and standards are consistently followed
Manage operational efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with staff and customers
Travel between locations as needed
Requirements
Previous management or regional leadership experience preferred
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Must be available to work approximately 50–55 hours per week
