We are a busy Chiropractic office looking for a member to join our amazing team as we continue to grow our practice. We would like to hire someone with Medical Office and/or Customer Service experience.
This position is very detail oriented, and this person must be able to multi-task. We want this person to take initiative, be reliable, be team oriented, and catch on quickly as our days can be fast paced. We need this person to have a strong emphasis on customer service as we want to make a meaningful impact on patient care.
A few responsibilities of this job include:
-Greeting patients to make the office welcoming.
-Patient Registration.
-Managing patient appointments efficiently.
-Utilizing excellent phone etiquette when answering and returning calls.
-Insurance verification and authorizations.
-Collecting copays, coinsurances, and balances.
-Maintaining accurate medical records while complying with HIPAA regulations.
-Collaborating with team members to support overall office functions.
It is mandatory for all Medical Receptionist staff to work at all Apex Therapy Clinic locations, when needed. All interviews and training for the position is held at our Home Office on 96th Street. Details for these requirements can be discussed during the interview.
Compensation based on experience.
