Role Overview
We’re looking for a Leasing position to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for someone who loves helping people find their perfect home. You’ll play a key role in the leasing process—from the first point of contact to the signed lease—while delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining positive resident relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide prospective residents through the entire leasing process, including phone and email communication, property tours, and lease signings
- Manage day to day reports, get units ready and schedule vendors on as needed basis
- Provide excellent customer service and support to both prospective and current residents
- Promote available units through various platforms and follow up via phone, text, email, and social media
- Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies
- Collaborate with the property management team to maintain high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction
- Maintain and supervise maintenance tech and ensure service requests are completed in a timely fashion
- Work with your maintenance team to make sure WOs are completed in timely fashion
What We’re Looking For

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations (preferred)
- Experience with property management software (a plus)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
