We are seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains high cleaning standards, and provides excellent customer service in clients’ homes.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and general housekeeping duties. As well as organization duties occasionally.
- Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance.
- Safely use cleaning products and equipment.
- Arrive on time and ready to work each day.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional attitude and positive work ethic
- Coachable and willing to learn company standards and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical work throughout the day
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Experience working directly with customers
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
