Dental Sterilization Technician
For You Dental Group – Dallas, TX
We're looking for a dependable, organized person to join our dental team.
This position is responsible for instrument sterilization, keeping the office clean and organized, helping prepare treatment rooms, and supporting the clinical team throughout the day.
No dental experience is required. We are happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude and wants to learn.
Responsibilities
- Clean, sterilize, and package instruments
- Set up and break down treatment rooms
- Stock operatories and supplies
- Assist with infection control procedures
- Help maintain an organized sterilization area
- Support the dental assistants as needed
- Keep the office clean and running efficiently
Qualifications
- Reliable and on time

- Able to stay busy without constant supervision
- Willing to learn
Dental experience is a plus but not required.
