Family Medicine Physician – Ashwaubenon Clinic
Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin (Ashwaubenon)
Bellin Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our long-standing and highly respected practice at the Ashwaubenon Clinic . This clinic offers a well-established patient panel , experienced support staff, and a collaborative team committed to delivering outstanding patient care.
You will join a group of physicians who are passionate about improving health outcomes through innovation and team-based care , while fostering a positive work environment and exceptional patient experiences.
- Full-time (1.0 FTE)
- Schedule:
- 40 hours/week
- 32 patient-facing hours
- Typically a 4-day work week
- Monday–Friday clinic schedule
- Call ~1:35
- No weekends or holidays , except limited call coverage
- Patient Volume: ~18+ patients per day
- Teaching opportunities with medical students from the Medical College of Wisconsin – Green Bay
- EMR: EPIC with remote access
- Outpatient-only Family Medicine
- Established and stable patient base
- Care for patients across all ages

- 2-year compensation guarantee

- Paid Time Off:
- 200 hrs years 1-2, 264 hrs 3+ years
- CME:
- $5,000 annual stipend
