Securities Paralegal
Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C., a dynamic law firm with a robust national practice, is seeking a Securities Paralegal for our Florham Park office. This role provides critical support to Principals and Associates within our Securities practice group, focusing on high-stakes arbitration, mediation, and complex litigation.
Essential Responsibilities

Assist with arbitration, trial scheduling and preparation

Execute the gathering, analyzing, and indexing of complex documentary evidence.

Proven familiarity with state and federal court filings

Manage a substantial caseload with limited supervision

Perform targeted internet and database searches to support case strategy and fact-finding.

Act as a primary point of contact for firm personnel, outside counsel, and external vendors to ensure seamless matter management.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Education

3-5 years of litigation experience preferred; background in Securities or Arbitration is desirable.

Working knowledge of FINRA arbitration procedures

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong analytical skills.

Familiarity with document management systems is desirable.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 The salary range provided is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee a specific salary upon hire. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set.
