We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry & Customer Service Representative to join our team in the security services industry. This role is vital in supporting day-to-day operations by ensuring accurate data entry and providing professional, timely support to clients and field personnel. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Enter and update client, site, and personnel information in the company database and management system.
Accurately log incident reports, shift logs, access control data, and scheduling changes.
Verify and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data, including security access and client information.
Serve as a primary point of contact for resident inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems.
Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 12 years of experience in a customer service or administrative/data entry role.
Prior experience in the security industry or similar regulated field is a plus.
Strong typing skills with high attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
