Lasenor USA is hiring a Junior Sales Representative to:

Open new customers and generate business opportunities.

Manage new and existing customers.

Implement the company's sales strategy: market segments, products, and distribution channels.

Report to the Sales Director North America and Lasenor USA's CEO on a regular basis, providing information about the ongoing projects and opportunities.

Provide sales forecast for the Budget preparation.
-
Promote Lasenor brand and the product range, focusing on specialties, as defined by the Division Manager.

Identify opportunities in the market, customers, and trade shows.
-
Participate in trade shows as visitor or exhibitor.

Interact with Lasenor's personnel where necessary, to optimize performance: Sales Director North America, CEO Lasenor USA, sales Director-Business Unit Lecithins, Sales Director-Business Unit Emulsifiers, Lasenor's Global Sales Team, RD&I, Regulatory, Marketing.
Requirements:
Background:
Technical background (technical bachelor's degree such as Food Technology), or sales oriented, ideally in the food market.
Lasenor will provide specific training about the company and the product range.
Skills:

Willing to grow professionally within the company.

Long-term focus and willingness to participate directly in the growth of the company in North America.

Multi-lingual in Spanish and/or French is an added value.

Good interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills.

Knowledge about SalesForce is an asset.

Open to travel visiting customers, attending trade shows in the US and Canada, and participating in training in the HQ (Spain).
