- Moran Logistics is seeking an individual to work in our Watsontown & Allenwood locations. This person will provide professional customer service to outside and company drivers/carriers coming to the facility for deliveries and pickups. This position requires an experienced person with computer skills, excellent communication skills, and can work independently in the guard shack.
Great part time hours every weekend.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Assisting inbound/outbound appointments
- Adding the appointments to the master schedule online.
- Driver check-in and communicate with the with appropriate building for an assigned door.
- Greeting customers face to face and by telephone.
- Documentation
- Create shipments/receipts
- Print orders for specific accounts
Experience needed:
- Customer service
- Excel/Microsoft Office
- Telephone etiquette
- Excellent communication

- Excellent attendance record
