As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at LECOM Medical Center and Behavioral Health Pavilion is vital in supporting our mission to provide exceptional patient-centered care. Located in the US, this position involves working within our dynamic healthcare environment to assist patients in regaining independence and improving their quality of life.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), developing and implementing care plans, supporting inpatient and outpatient therapy sessions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to patient recovery processes. You will play a key role in enhancing the well-being of our diverse patient population.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Experience in inpatient or outpatient settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work compassionately with patients of all ages.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy is advantageous.
- Prior experience with care plans development is a plus.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
