Compensation
- Performance-based commission
- Successful technicians have the opportunity to earn $800–$1,200+ per week
- Top performers may earn $1,500+ per week based on completed jobs, customer satisfaction, efficiency, and available workload

Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations using your own reliable vehicle
- Perform professional interior and exterior vehicle detailing
- Follow Medicar Auto Detailing's quality standards
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Take before-and-after photos of completed work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Represent Medicar Auto Detailing professionally at every appointment
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Smartphone with internet access
- Strong work ethic

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry detailing equipment
Equipment Program
Qualified technicians can receive a complete professional detailing setup through our equipment program. Ownership transfers to the technician after the repayment terms are completed.
