C-Trees & More LLC is looking for an experienced Tree Service Crew Leader to lead a professional crew performing residential and commercial tree work throughout the Houston area.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a tree service crew.
- Bilingual Preferred
- Perform and oversee tree removals, tree trimming, pruning, and stump grinding.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Operate chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, and bucket trucks (if qualified).
- Perform climbing work when necessary.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Train and mentor crew members.
- Complete daily job reports and equipment inspections.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of tree service experience
- Minimum 2 years leading a tree crew
- Strong knowledge of safe tree removal and pruning techniques.
- Experience with rigging and climbing preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- CDL is a plus but not required.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
