Position Overview
As a Bar Support & Guest Services Associate, you will assist both the bar and front-of-house teams by maintaining clean, organized work areas, supporting beverage service, resetting guest tables, stocking supplies, and ensuring operations run smoothly throughout service.
The ideal candidate is energetic, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment where no two shifts are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Bar Support
- Stock beer, wine, liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies throughout service
- Assist bartenders with maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Prepare garnishes and replenish bar inventory as needed
- Remove empty glassware and maintain cleanliness behind the bar
- Support opening, closing, and side work responsibilities
Dining Room Support
- Reset and prepare tables quickly and efficiently
- Remove used dishes, glassware, and service items promptly
- Assist servers with guest support and table maintenance
- Help maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room and service stations
- Support food and beverage service during high-volume periods when needed
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with bartenders, servers, hosts, runners, and managers
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth service execution
- Assist wherever needed to support the guest experience
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout scheduled shifts
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
