86INK Tattoo Removal & Skin Studio is seeking a reliable, organized, creative assistant to support clinic operations and social media content.
Medical assistant certification is not required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Schedule patients and assist with check-in/check-out
- Answer routine calls/messages
- Prepare, clean, and turn over treatment rooms
- Laundry, restocking, inventory, and general organization
- Assist with chart prep, uploading forms/photos, and non-clinical documentation
- Capture treatment photos, video, B-roll, and before/after images
- Edit Reels, Stories, and basic Canva content
- Schedule approved social posts and assist with engagement
- Run occasional business errands and assist with special projects
Ideal Candidate
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Professional and comfortable with patients
- Comfortable with phones, scheduling, and technology
- Creative with a good eye for photo/video content
- Familiar with Instagram, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Flexible and willing to help where needed
Experience in medical offices, aesthetics, customer service, administration, or social media is helpful but not required.
Schedule
- Approximately 15–20 hours/week
- Primarily in-person in Tulsa
- Some Saturdays required
- Limited work-from-home hours may be available for approved media editing, scheduling, and social media management
Compensation
$15–$18/hour depending on experience.
Approved business mileage and travel expenses will be reimbursed.
