We are seeking a FULL TIME applicant to join our team at Petmobile Pet Hospital as a Veterinary Receptionist in a dynamic and caring animal healthcare setting. As the initial point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and assistance to pet owners and our veterinary team.
Duties:
- Warmly greet clients and their pets, exhibiting a welcoming and professional attitude consistently.
- Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, surgeries, and post-operative visits utilizing our veterinary practice software.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client queries promptly and courteously.
- Support in the organization and maintenance of medical records, ensuring precision and confidentiality.
- Process financial transactions such as invoicing, payment processing, and insurance claim handling.
- Uphold cleanliness and orderliness in the reception area and waiting room.
- Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians and veterinarians to ensure smooth patient care coordination.

- Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
