Manager in Training – Sales Leadership Focus (Jewelry Experience Required)

We are seeking a highly driven, sales-oriented Manager in Training who thrives in a performance-based environment and is passionate about leading teams to exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead from the front by actively selling and consistently exceeding personal sales goals
- Drive team performance by coaching, motivating, and holding associates accountable to sales targets
- Create a high-energy, results-driven sales environment focused on closing and client engagement
- Train and develop team members on sales techniques, upselling, and product knowledge
- Monitor sales performance daily and identify opportunities to increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and personalized service
- Support merchandising and inventory decisions based on what sells
- Deliver a luxury-level customer experience that translates into repeat business and higher sales volume
Qualifications & Requirements
- Required: Proven success in Jewelry sales with a strong track record of exceeding goals
- Strong closing ability and confidence in high-ticket sales environments
- Natural leader who can inspire others to sell and win
- Competitive mindset with a drive to achieve and outperform targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience coaching or mentoring others in sales is a strong plus
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering premium experiences
