Cincinnati Cabinets is looking for a Customer Follow-Up Specialist to help homeowners move from inquiry to scheduled consultation.
Many homeowners request information but never take the next step. Your job is to stay in contact, answer questions, build trust, and schedule appointments for our design team.
What You'll Do
- Contact new homeowner inquiries by phone and text
- Follow up with leads who have not yet scheduled
- Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations
- Re-engage older leads and past customers
- Maintain detailed notes in our CRM
- Help keep a consistent schedule for our sales and design team
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls daily
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong follow-up habits
- Customer service, inside sales, or call center experience preferred
Compensation
- $600/week base pay
- $10 for every kept appointment
- $40 for every completed sale from your appointment

This is a full-time, in-person position in West Chester, OH.
