This is a great opportunity to lead across a elevated dynamic brand - an upscale Latin restaurant concept. We’re looking for a well-rounded, high-level culinary leader who can balance creativity with structure, and elevated dining with high-volume execution.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, strategic, and passionate about Latin cuisine, with the ability to lead multiple teams and concepts under one vision. Must have strong background and expertise with Latin Cuisines - ideally Mexican.
What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing culinary operations across multiple restaurant and corporate dining locations

Leading and developing Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, and BOH teams

Driving menu development and innovation rooted in authentic and modern Latin cuisine

Ensuring consistency, quality, and execution across all concepts

Managing food costs, labor, and overall financial performance

Supporting corporate dining programs, ensuring efficiency and high standards in a structured environment
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an Executive Chef

Strong background in both upscale/full-service restaurants and corporate dining

Extensive knowledge of Latin cuisine with a modern, elevated approach

Solid financial acumen including P&L, COGS, and labor management

Hands-on leadership style with a passion for team development and mentorship

Ability to balance creative culinary execution with operational discipline
