Day-to-Day Duties:
- Thoroughly washing and sanitizing all dishes, trays, and kitchen tools
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment throughout the shift
- Supporting overnight dietary operations in a long-term care setting
- Upholding food safety and sanitation standards that protect our elderly residents
