Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility, including resident care, staffing, and facility maintenance
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Manage and supervise a team of nursing staff, including licensed nurses, certified nurse assistants, and other support staff
Coordinate and facilitate resident care planning, including assessments, care plans, and discharge planning
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external partners
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of compliance issues, incidents, and performance metrics
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality care
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Requirements
Must be a licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA) in the state of Pennsylvania
Prior experience in a leadership or management role in a long-term care setting
Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations and operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
