Duties
- Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity
- Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively
- Identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding treatments and prevention
- Follow all company safety procedures and idustry regulations
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience or interest in pest control is highly desirable
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, backpack sprayers safely and effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for transportation between job sites
- Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy equipment, and perform outdoor work
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills for accurate inspections and treatment applications
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
