We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and organized Warehouse Associate / Driver to join our team at our Medley location. This position combines warehouse operations with local delivery responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will assist with warehouse functions, including order fulfillment and inventory handling, while also transporting merchandise between our warehouse and retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, sort, and prepare orders for shipment and delivery.
- Accurately process orders using pick tickets, packing slips, and scan guns.
- Load, unload, and move merchandise safely, including items up to 50 lbs.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Deliver merchandise between warehouse and retail locations as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
- Assist with daily warehouse operations and contribute to process improvements.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to communicate in English and/or Spanish (Spanish-only applicants are welcome).
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience and 1 year of driving experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and adapt to changing priorities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and ability to pass a background check.

Reporting Structure:
