The Boys & Girls Clubs of Utah County & Southern Utah is seeking a dynamic Site Director to lead our afterschool program at Mountain Trails Elementary in Eagle Mountain, Utah.
In this role, you will be the heart of our site operations-driving high-quality youth development programming, supervising staff, and creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where kids can thrive.
What You'll Do
Lead & Inspire: Plan and oversee daily afterschool programs that promote academic success, healthy lifestyles, and character development.
Build a Team: Recruit, supervise, and coach site staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture (maintaining a 1:15 ratio).
Partner with the Community: Cultivate strong, positive relationships with school administrators, teachers, and families to support student success.
Ensure Excellence: Manage site budgets, attendance reporting, grant compliance, and maintain a physically and emotionally safe environment for everyone.
Schedule & Compensation
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Hours may vary slightly by site)
School Year: August 1 - May 31 (Summer program opportunities vary by area)

What You Bring
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities with limited supervision.
CPR/First Aid Certification and Food Handler Permit (or the ability to obtain within three months).
Valid driver's license (if operating BGCUC vehicles).
Preferred: Experience working with youth ages 5–18, staff supervision experience, and proficiency in Google Suite.
