We are a wholesale cannabis facility utilizing a multi-tiered system under 100% supplemental LED with coco.
We are looking for candidates who cooperate well with others, and are detail-oriented, patient, and passionate about plants. Experience in the cannabis industry or agriculture is a plus, but not a requirement. All backgrounds will be considered.
Starting pay: $19.50 with an employee review at 30 days.
Shifts are generally 7:00a-3:30p but we are looking for someone with weekend availability. Employee hours & scheduling may be adjusted depending on company needs, but should stay consistent week to week.

Paid sick leave is provided at 1 hour of accrued leave for every 30 hours worked (beginning on your first day), up to 48 hours per year.

- Cleaning/Organizing grow spaces
- Defoliation/Plant Canopy Management
- Hand Irrigation
- Environmental Monitoring
- IPM tasks/Spraying
Skills:
- Experience in gardening, horticulture, agriculture
- Experience with irrigation and plumbing
- Experience working on teams to accomplish shared goals
- Knowledge of CO-approved pesticides, cleaning products
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, often
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to remain on your feet for long periods of time
- Ability to work on ladders
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- A desire to learn and help others learn how to grow the healthiest crop!
