Work alongside Dr. Armen Agacanyan, Founder and Clinic Director, a board-certified chiropractic rehabilitation specialist (DACRB) and Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) with more than 20 years of clinical experience.
Dr. Armen has advanced training in sports medicine, rehabilitation, manual therapy, movement assessment, functional medicine, and soft tissue techniques including Active Release Techniques (ART), Functional Movement Systems (FMS), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), Fascial Distortion Model (FDM), shockwave therapy, and more.

Compensation
Competitive percentage-based compensation with significant earning potential based on licensure, qualifications, experience, services provided, schedule availability, patient volume, and overall contribution to the practice.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary based on your licensure and scope of practice and may include:
- Performing evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing patient-centered care within your scope of practice
- Delivering hands-on manual therapy, rehabilitation, corrective exercise, soft tissue treatment, or other services appropriate to your credentials
- Educating patients on injury prevention, movement, recovery, and long-term wellness
- Collaborating with other clinicians to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Building strong patient relationships that improve satisfaction and long-term outcomes
- Maintaining timely and accurate documentation
- Contributing to a positive, professional clinic culture
Qualifications
- Current California license, certification, or credential appropriate for your profession (if applicable)
- Experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, massage therapy, athletic training, sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, or related fields preferred
- Active Release Techniques (ART) certification is strongly preferred for chiropractor applicants
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, patient-centered, and team-oriented
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable building long-term patient relationships
- Passion for movement, rehabilitation, sports medicine, and helping patients achieve their health goals
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
