The Roles
Server
As a Server at Asado Life Jacksonville, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience — delivering elevated, attentive service in a setting that's as lively as it is refined. This is an opportunity to be part of a new opening and help shape the culture of something special.
What You'll Do
- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to every guest
- Guide guests through our menu with confidence — food, cocktails, wine, and spirits
- Anticipate needs, handle requests gracefully, and ensure every visit is memorable
- Work fluidly as part of a team during high-volume service
- Uphold Asado Life's standards for hospitality, presentation, and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of server experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
- Genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, or eagerness to learn ours inside and out
- Ability to bring energy and professionalism to every shift
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Bartender
As a Bartender at Asado Life Jacksonville, you'll be behind the bar of a brand-new opening — crafting cocktails, connecting with guests, and setting the tone for an experience that's as elevated as it is energetic.
What You'll Do
- Craft cocktails, pour wine, and serve beer with speed, accuracy, and flair
- Engage guests with genuine warmth and strong product knowledge
- Support the floor team and maintain a clean, organized bar
- Contribute to a high-energy, professional atmosphere during every service
- Uphold Asado Life's standards for quality, hospitality, and presentation
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience — craft cocktail knowledge is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way
- Confident behind the bar and comfortable in a high-volume environment
- Strong guest engagement skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- A team player who takes pride in their craft
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
