Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, facilities, and community partners.
- Represent Florida Spine & Pain Institute at networking events, educational programs, and community activities.
- Introduce referral partners to our physiatry and interventional pain management services.
- Assist with territory development and outreach initiatives.
- Conduct routine visits to physician offices, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Assisted Living Facilities.
- Track outreach activities and referral opportunities using company systems.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Serve as a professional ambassador for the organization in the community.
QualificationsRequired
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail sales, healthcare, marketing, community outreach, or similar roles.
- Interest in healthcare, business development, or relationship management.
Schedule & Travel Requirements
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Flexibility for occasional early morning meetings, evening networking events, and community activities.
- Local and regional travel throughout Northeast Florida.
- Periodic travel to the Orlando headquarters for training, meetings, and company events.

Duties
- Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to potential clients, utilizing telemarketing techniques to generate interest in our products and services.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and strategic prospecting efforts.
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close deals by demonstrating value propositions aligned with client requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities within CRM software such as Salesforce to ensure accurate pipeline management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements relevant to business development in the technology sector.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for managing customer relationships.
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing strategies to generate leads.
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and the ability to explain complex solutions clearly to clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Prior experience in marketing or business development roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
